Introduction

The Micro-Satellite Research Center of Zhejiang University was established in December 2008 under the leadership of ShenRongjun, the expert of aerospace science and technology and dean of School of Aeronautics and Astronautics in Zhejiang University. At present, the research center has at about 30 staff, who mainly major in the research of micro-satellite, MEMS and transducers. It has independently developed the first Chinese kilo satellite—ZDPS-1A, which was successfully launched on September 22nd in 2010 and achieved a long-term operation. Besides, two ZDPS-2 were also launched on September 21st in 2015 and has accomplished the scheduled tasks.
